MQ Pride Night 2023
For Vienna Pride Month 2023, I had the pleasure to curate and moderate the first MQ Pride Night! The evening was a performing arts presentation and aftershow curated to highlight local queer artists. The theme, Take Up Space!, brought into focus how queer bodies are often excluded from public spaces and events, particularly those who are most marginalized in mainstream society and mainstream Pride events.
The free public event attracted approximately 500 guests, featured 13 artists, including singing, drag performance, and voguing, followed b a DJ set.
The next edition is scheduled for 4 June 2024.

Die Ausstellung BELONGING hinterfragt Identität, Gender-Expression, Körperbild, Sexualität und heteronormative Vorstellungen von Männlichkeit und Weiblichkeit in der Fotografie. Gezeigt werden Arbeiten von Selina de Beauclair (AT), Asta Cink (AT), und Daniel Hill (US/AT) im Rahmen von FOTO WIEN 2023. Während der Ausstellung wird es auch einen Workshop zur Fotografie und einen Artist-Talk geben.
